She organized and planned ahead all steps during the selling process, from staging the house, scheduling open house tours, receving offers, and countering offers... What us do was just to follow her plan and wait for the result. She also suggested ideas for us to make the house look more attachtive, so on the first several opening days, it was fully booked for touring and got many offers. With Miranda's excellent work, we got into contract less than a week on market and the offer was even 11% higher than our listing price. It was out of our expectation.
